Payment
GST is not included in our Package costing showing online. It is an additional charge and goes to Govt. Apart from that, we offer multiple hotel selection options for each time and as per Hotel selection the pricing may Vary. Once you have decided for location, our Tour consultant will share the Tour itinerary with all details and you can select from different pricing options before taxes.
Once you book your Trip with Tourtravelit.com, we will share the Payment receipt on email and one day prior to your Trip, we will share the Vouchers and coordinators details to make your Trip easy. You will need to show the Trip voucher of Tourtravelit.com whenever required during your Trip.
We have different Tour packages with different locations and the pricing varies as per the selected location and sightseeing required. Our Tour consultant will share all Private Trip options with costing. You can connect with us on call, whatsapp or Email for the same so that we could connect you and share information.
You must carry Govt. ID card like Aadhar card, Passport, Driving licence, Govt. Voter ID card to show during the Trip whenever it’s required. We also recommend to carry basic medicine to get relaxation in Travelling time.
Reservation
If you pay online through out website, you will instantly get the payment message and Email as payment confirmation.
We will also share Payment confirmation email on your preferred email after you process payment within 10-15 minutes (manual email via company registered email).

- You can pay via Debit Card, Credit card on our website by clicking on “Pay now with PayouMoney” button at the bottom of website to book your package
- We also have options to pay via wallets like Google Pay, Phone Pay or Paytm.
GST is not included in package cost and it will be chargeable additional to the Package cost.
We provide the Trip voucher one day prior to your Trvael date. We will share it to your preferred communication mode as email, whatsapp or both.
Weather
We understand that concern. Our company try to provide you convenience. In such scenarios if you pre-inform us like a week ago, we will postponed your trip and you can avail your trip within 1 year from Booking date as per your Off season or peak season booking time. If you have booked trip for off season time then you can avail same pricing for off season in 1 year. However, if you decide to travel in peak season time then Peak season pricing will be applicable.
Peak season time for himachal – April mid- June End & December.
We understand your concerns. However, we are responsible to book your stay, food & Transportation as per your decided dates. Due to any nature related or unconditional situation as Heavy snowfall, landslides, Traffic jams or any natural disaster, our company won’t be responsible to cover any damages or additional days stay requirements. You will need to bare that additional cost at your end.
We are sorry but 4 by 4 vehicles are not included in package cost. In case of heavy snowfall, normal vehicles get slippery and it’s risky to drive in normal vehicles. It may also cause accidents or may lose of life.
In such situation, you will need to bare the cost at your end for 4 by 4 vehicles.
Cancellation required must to be sent to use before 4 days of Tour date via Email and inform our Tour Consultant. The cancellation charges are following”
- Prior 30 days of Travel date – 20% of Total Trip Cost
- 30 days to 20 days prior to departure – 25% of Total Trip Cost
- 20 days to 10 days prior to departure – 40% of Total Trip Cost
- 09 days to 04 days prior to Departure – 50%of Total Trip Cost
- 04 days & less prior to Travel date – NO REFUND/100% Total Trip Cost.
