Please read these terms carefully before participating in the TourTravelit Referral Program.
📝 1. Lead Submission & Validation
Partners should not submit fake names, random mobile numbers, or leads without the customer's consent. Submitting spam leads may result in immediate account suspension. Submit only customers who are genuinely interested in planning a trip.
If two Referral partners refer the same customer, the commission will be awarded to the partner whose lead was submitted first in the system (based on server timestamp). No disputes regarding duplicates will be entertained.
A lead is valid for a maximum of 90 days from the date of submission. If the customer does not book their trip within 90 days, the lead will expire, and the partner will no longer be eligible for commission on that specific lead.
Every referral must include:
- Customer Name
- Mobile Number
- Travel Date or Month
- Destination (if known)
- Number of Travelers (if known)
Incomplete referrals may be rejected.
Partners should obtain the customer's consent before sharing their contact details with Tourtravelit.
Any additional discounts won’t be available for Tour Packages Bookings as we are already offering a good commission and Incentives on bookings for our Referral partners. If a partner wants to give any discount to his known person’s booking then he may do it by adjusting his/her referral amount.
🔒 2. Account & Inactivity Policy
To keep the program active and valuable, if a partner does not submit any referrals for 2 consecutive months, their account may be deactivated or deleted.
A partner can only operate one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate incentives or bypass the system is strictly prohibited.
💰 3. Payouts & Commissions
Commission is Payable Only on Successful Booking. Commission will be paid only after:
- Customer confirms the booking, and
- Required advance payment is received by Tourtravelit.
Commissions for Bookings are not paid at the time of booking. They are processed and paid out within 48 hours after the customer book the trip & pay advance. This ensures there are no cancellations or refunds.
If a customer cancels their booking before travel, or if the trip is refunded, the commission for that lead will not be voided. For complete information on Cancellation & refund visit tourtravelit.com/refund.
Monthly bonus incentives (₹5,000 to ₹30,000) are calculated based on completed "Sale Done" bookings within that specific calendar month. Leads that are still in the "Details Shared" or "Negotiation" stage do not count towards the monthly target.
Partners are acting as independent referrers, not employees of TourTravelit. Any tax liability arising from the commission income is the sole responsibility of the partner.
🛡️ 4. Brand Representation
Partners must not make any promises regarding discounts, free upgrades, or itinerary changes on behalf of TourTravelit. All official communication regarding bookings will be handled by our team.
Partners are only allowed to use the official posters, PDFs, and videos provided in the dashboard. Modifying our branding or using unauthorized materials is not permitted.
