Payment
GST is not included in the package cost showing for all packages on our website as it’s additional as per govt. policies.
Once you Book the Trip and pay, you will get the Booking Confirmation Email as Payment confirmation within few minutes. However, if you pay offline like Company current account or UPI then will share the Confirmation manually via company Email.
We will share Payment confirmation email on your preferred email after you process payment (any payment options) within 15 – 30 minutes (manual email via company registered email).
You will also get the Hotel Voucher and Coordinators details two days prior to your Travel date. You can show the Trip voucher at Hotel check-in time with one of your govt. id (i.e. Aadhar card, Voter ID Card, Driving license.
Customers won’t face unavailability of good hotel rooms. Also, we will have a good time making arrangements of Customer’s trip. Lastly, customers will end up getting good deals and discounts on pre-booking.
We understand that concern. Our company tries to provide you with convenience. In such scenarios if you pre-inform us a week ago via Email & call. Then we will postpone your trip and you can avail your trip within 1 year from Booking date as per your Off season or peak season booking time. If you have booked a trip for off season time then you can avail the same pricing for off season in 1 year. Postponing a Trip can be done only once. However, if you decide to travel in peak season time then Peak season pricing will be applicable.
Postpone & Cancellation Policies
We understand your concerns. However, we are responsible to book your stay, food & transportation as per your decided dates. Due to any nature related or unconditional situation such as Heavy snowfall, landslides, Traffic jams or any natural disaster, our company won’t be responsible to cover any damages or additional days stay requirements. You will need to bear that additional cost at your end.
Policy Regarding Postponing Trip / Reschedule Trip / Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE:
In case of Postponed/cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be informed in writing seven days prior to Travel date (no changes can be catered within 4-5 days before travel date. IMPORTANT POINTS:-
- Postponing a trip is possible when you inform us in a written email at least one week prior to Travel Date. Immediate postponed option isn’t available as it’s not possible to reschedule or to get refund from Hotels/Transporters within 7 days of Travel date.
- Booking can be postponed and customer may select dates within one year timings (depends on Peak or Off season applied at the Booking time) only if written communication has been done at least 7 days of Travel date.
- If booking is being done in Off season time then customer can select dates from off season only and if customer wants to get peak season time then customer will need to pay package cost as per peak season time.
- Please remember that booking can be postponed only once and if a customer cancels the trip after postponing the Trip then 40% of the Trip cost will be chargeable as cancellation fee.
Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive email/letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- Prior 30 days of Travel date – 20% of Tour Cost
- 30 days to 20 days prior to departure – 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 20 days to 10 days prior to departure – 40% of the tour/service cost.
- 09 days to 04 days prior to Departure – 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 04 days & less prior to Travel date – NO REFUND/100% cancellation fee.
In Heavy snowfall or heavy rain, roads become risky for sightseeing. Although we try to cover the sightseeing on the last leisure day. However, in really bad weather conditions, if any sightseeing isn’t being covered then it won’t be refundable as we won’t be able to take responsibility for any delay/concern with nature caused issues.
No, 4 by 4 Vehicles (like gypsy) aren’t included in package cost. it is not available at any Taxi vendor but it is being provided by a few locals who charge at their own terms as per snowfall and road blockage. In case of heavy snow, transport (cars for sightseeing) may get affected and in such a situation, you’ll need to manage any additional cost for 4 x 4 vehicles. They usually charge around 4000 – 10000 for a few kilometers in heavy Snowfall.
Trip Related
No, the Taxi is being booked on a point to point basis. So Taxi drivers will cover the points that are being finalized in the itinerary. If a customer wants to bring a taxi to any other place then he will need to pay additional charges and he can discuss it with the Driver or Taxi Coordinator.
Entry fee to visit any sightseeing point isn’t included in the trip cost. At Van Vihar, it’s around 50 rs. Per person and Club house entry fee is around 30 rs. Per person.
Bhuntar is the nearest Airport near Manali. It is around 50KM from Manali & 10KM from Kullu. This airport has limited flights from Delhi. Unfortunately, this flight is currently not available from other cities. Usually it charges around 8000 per person for 1 person from Delhi.
A valid Govt. Id is required for Hotel check – in for each person (Aadhar Card / Passport / Driving-License / Voter-ID copy will work)
